This boat commissioned by the Admiralty on 27-April-1943 was put into service on 01 June 1944. It was completely refitted in August 1945 and restationed to Yarmouth as a training vessel. It remained in service in Yarmouth till February 1962 and was sold out of the services in 1978 after over 30 years of service.
It is easy to see that she was built to military specifications with strength and durability in mind. She has also been very well maintained with most of her original equipment still in use.
There are two separate living areas. The original aft living quarters with the captains and engineers cabins and the crew bunks, forward is now the main living area in the converted hold with two double cabins and a twin foreword. In recent years she has been used as an active live aboard but her possibilities are endless.
