Broker's Comments

This is a very popular Motor/Sailer designed by GLWatson and built by Colvic, she is fitted out as a Ketch Rig and along with her powerful 72hp Perkins Diesel Engine gives you the opportunity to Sail or just turn the key and let the 72 hp engine push you along
Over the past 5/6 years the Owner has spent over £8000.on general repairs and maintenance, she also had a holding tank installed.
This boat has been very lightly used only 5/6 weekends every year and is ready to sail away with a new owner only requiring a little external TLC varnishing to the teak etc as you can see from the photo's.
This is a great family Yacht
