Broker's Comments

Very rarely do I see a vessel such as this one that has been bespoke designed and hand crafted to a very high standard. The hull has been re-plated and re-painted; the decks are all freshly painted too.
Internally she is a beautiful and high quality home, with solid wood extensively used throughout, discreet reassessed lighting, quality galley appliances and white goods.
Two beautiful double cabins with their own en-suites, the master with a corner spa bath as well. Cabin heating is provided by both upstairs and downstairs multi-fuel burners as well as diesel fired central heating with radiators. A ceiling fan is also fitted in the saloon in case it gets too hot. However the vessel has been fully insulated to provide maximum comfort.

Should you wish to move this lovely vessel to another location, then she is powered by a recently installed Gardner engine to push you along at a comfortable 6 knots.

A beautiful presented vessel and a lovely home, all constructed to exacting standards. She would be ideal to re-locate to the London area, France or the EU. A residential mooring in the Plymouth area is also available by negotiation.
