Broker's Comments

No need to say much about LM, or an LM 27 in particular – you just have to look around you to see how popular they are. This one is in great nick – very much up together. She has all the comforts that you will need. Absolutely ideal for a cruising couple who have a bit of time to spread their wings, this LM 27 is as near to the best of both worlds that you’ll ever get. The long keel means that she actually sails pretty well, but the seaworthy design and snug wheelhouse mean that when you get caught out or you find wind over tide, you fire up the donkey, shut the zips on the canopy and keep going!

I note from the listing and the photographs that the LM27 is ashore but appears hemmed in by other yachts. In the event of a successfull bid, is there facilities to crane the yacht onto road transport for onward shipment to my home port.
My other question relates to the engine. Can you make any comment regarding its condition and the possibility of seeing it running from a temporary hose.
