A beautifully presented example of an Aquastar 27 with the unusual added bonus of an aft cabin. She sleeps four in two cabins, a double cabin with navigation station and heads in front and an additional double converts from the saloon table in the aft cabin. She is powered by an 80hp Ford Lehman making her equally suitable for coastal and inland use. The cockpit is spacious with a removable canopy and additional sun roof over helm and several storage lockers. The two front windscreens can be opened up for increased air flow/night time visibilty and the owners have also connected windscreen wash to help clear salt water residue from the screens. There are three batteries - 1x AGM battery connected to solar panel to power the fridge as well as an additional domestic and a starter battery (both new 2019) charged by engine, solar and a shore powered 20amp battery charger.
Her present owners have had her a number of years and spent lots of time on board, including offshore passages up and down the east coast and over to the french canal system. They have made lots of improvements, including replacing all the interior headlingings and insulation, replacing all the windows with UV tinted glass and new aluminum frames, painting the hull sides in 2 pack paint and adding a swim ladder and bathing platform. They have also had a new stern gland fitted and earlier this year she has been lifted out and antifouled, had a new immersion heater fitted and been issued with a new BSS certificate (Expiry 06/2023).
