Broker's Comments

This is a good example of the Laurent Giles Audacity 21'-6" built 1962. Built using the cold moulded construction technique she has been stored out of the water and under cover for most of the current ownership.

During the last 16 years both the owner and the yard craftsmen have completed numerous jobs on the structure leaving the hull and deck looking sound. The cabin superstructure is constructed from GRP. The windows have all been replaced. The timber work has been completed to a very high level, beautifully varnished.

With all the major work now completed, she needs reassembling and putting back into commission.

This is a fine coastal cruiser giving good weekend overnight accommodation and excellent sailing performance.
