Broker's Comments
Here we have a Bourne 35 powered by a BMC 1.5 diesel engine. She has been a little neglected of late due to bereavement but in fairness she still presents well.
She has been used as a semi liveaboard and she is now fitted out as a 2 berth by means of a double berth in the forecabin which has freed up space to have a generous sized galley area with toilet compartment amidships and a lounge area at the stern.
She has been well cared for up until recently and aside from a little light varnish work on the topsides she shouldn't need much attention.
