Boatshed Hamble are pleased to offer this Broads Cruiser for sale.
The vessel has undergone significant improvement by the present owner. Entry to the saloon is by way of the companionway at the stern and through the galley which is at the stern with the heads to Stbd. The fwd cabin has a king size double bed.
Heating is by way of gas central heating as well as electric radiators when plugged into shore power. There is a calorifier for hot water heated by the engine or 240v shore power.
The vessel has a Boat Safety Certificate until 2024, although the certificate has been lost.
The residential mooring is available pending confirmation from marina management. Current mooring fees are approx £345.60 per month plus electrics.
