Broker's Comments
A superb example of this popular and versatile motor cruiser presented in lovely condition. She is a credit to her current owners who have obviously looked after her in every way possible during their ownership.
There are no leaks, none of the rotting companionway doors, a clean dry engine and bilge area etc. In fact it is very difficult to find fault, She is serviced regularly by a local and well respected engineer.
the engines fires easily and there is No Smoke !!
She has a generous aft saloon area with the rearward facing galley at the stern, a centre cockpit leading to separate shower and toilet compartments and then on to the forward cabin.
She is Broads tolled and has a current Boat Safety certificate until 2022.
The removable cockpit roof is again in very good condition and the framework for the folding side doors and screens is as new and painted in 2 pack paint.
All in all she is a very well kept example coming from Bristercraft of Wroxham who had an excellent reputation for maintaining a very high quality and standard of their boats.
