Broker's Comments
Here we have a former classic Broads cruiser. She is an Ernest Collins 35 one of only a handful remaining. With a GRP hull and wooden topsides, she is a stylish cruiser that is now in need of some work to restore her to her former glory.
She has two sleeping cabins, one in the bow and one at the stern so sleeps 4 without using the large saloon.
The work from what I could see is mainly exterior painting and some wood work here and there, resealing some of the windows, and some interior trim panels would benefit from replacing.
The boat itself runs nicely and has a good level of equipment including log burner, shore power, electric windlass, remote spotlight, battery charger, warm air heating, well equipped galley and a spacious heads and shower.
The forward cabin did have its own heads but at some point that has been turned into a storage area.
She has a current Boat Safety Certificate and her Broads toll is paid to April 2024. Her mooring could also be available by discussion with the marina.
This is still a lot of boat for the money and an instant home if wishing to live aboard - she is priced to sell given he condition.
