Broker's Comments
Maxum are renowned for creating versatile, highly responsive sport boats with active boaters in mind. Innovative design features have been incorporated throughout for both storage and cockpit space.
The hull is constructed using the MaxTrac system, resulting in the hull being 70% stiffer than when made by conventional methods affording the boat greater stability in unpredictable seas.
The cockpit is spacious with two adjustable pilot seats, an aft L shaped bench and a mahogany picnic table. A small portable cool box fits into the storage area beneath the sink. There is a small walk through from the swim platform with (boarding ladder) which makes boarding easier with less wear on the cockpit upholstery. Also the swim platform extends beyond the stern drive which avoids the risk of swimmers standing on the prop, an important safety feature. For sunny days at anchor there is a bimini with clip on side panels for greater privacy.
There is generous storage throughout including a good sized lazerette in the transom for water sports kit, warps and fenders.
The cuddy, with a small portable loo, will sleep two for an overnight stay.
This sports boat is in overall very good condition, having been regularly maintained. However the cuddy could use a little TLC. This boat has been competitively priced and should be worthy of consideration if looking for a stylish sports boats with performance to match.
A twin axle, braked trailer is included.
