Engine Overhaul

Both engines were removed from the vessel in February 2021 and were completely refurbished. This included the following items:

HT6354 Overhaul kits were used to replace internal components of the engines

Cylinder heads stripped and overhauled

Liners replaced and block cleaned

Shafts machine polished and dimension checked

New valves and guides installed

Fuel pumps, water pumps, seawater pumps were all stripped and repaired/serviced as necessary

One turbocharger was replaced and one was overhauled

Various hoses, clamps, seals, clips etc.. replaced

Fuel pipes replaced where necessary 

All filters replaced .
