This vessel was built to a high standard with seaworthiness as a prerequisite. The owner informs me that the engine compartment is closed off from the bilges and is in one of 3 'watertight' compartments.

The interior is very spacious and lends itself to extended cruising or as a livaboard. The current owner was in the process of fitting out the aft cabin and connedting up the second holding tank but unfortunately he has not been well enough to do so. Nevertheless at this price I think someone who is enthusiastic about wooden boats will see that this vessel is worth investing some more time and money into to get her just so.

Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
One of only twelve William Osborne King Falcon 33.s to have been custom built by William Osborne (renowned Lifeboat builder). The current owner has had her since 1995 and this is a reluctant sale. She is fitted with twin Perkins, diesel engines which were last serviced in 2012. She needs some modernisation and general maintenance but with some TLC she will be a great buy for someone. She would make a great liveaboard as well as a fine cruiser.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
