Broker's Comments
Here we have a genuinely stunning example of the Seamaster 27.
This boat is right up there in her apparent condition and she has clearly been loved by her current and previous owners.
She has a very well running 1.6 Petrol engine that has just been serviced and she was out just last week for a full tour of the Broads. She has had very little use in her life which is reflected in her condition and has just 777 engine hours! She starts and runs magnificently and was last antifouled in 2022.
She has full safety systems aboard with extinguishers and detectors above and beyond what is required. Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to 2025 (date to be confirmed).
The cockpit is very well laid out and comfortable and the storage on this boat has to be seen to be believed. Every space is used to the maximum beneficial use so she is very flexible. The wood floors fit well and lift easily for great access to the clean and dry under floor areas.
She has Eberspacher warm air heating fitted, full pressurised hot water system, 2kw inverter system, Microwave and a full size cooker. The porta loo is new. She is very well presented with almost unmarked blue velour upholstery and her woodwork is also very, very good indeed. She sleeps 4 in two cabins and has her Broads toll paid. Her mooring may also be available by separate negotiation.
Davits are available if required but not fitted.
This appears to be a superb example of these great river cruisers and will be certain to please her new owner
