Broker's Comments

The ever popular bilge keel Moody 31 is a great all rounder, ideal for single handed sailing, family cruising and everything inbetween.

The deck on this example is non slip and easy to move around. The main and genoa can both be reefed from the cockpit and there is a comprehensive navigation fit.

The accommodation is clean & dry with good headroom, cabin heating, a hot / cold pressurised water system, a fridge & icebox and a generous sized double berth in the aft cabin. The only reason for sale is the reluctant retirement from sailing by the elderly owners.

With a pre-paid marina berth for the coming year and a recent hull survey, this is a great buy for the approaching season.
