After cabin is a great size with a really comfortable feel to it. The en-suite is in need of work.
The saloon is very open and L shaped seating on the starboard side with new upholstery on it. The saloon needs carpeting but does seem to be mostly completed.
Down the steps and the galley is to starboard, this seems to be completed and has everything needed aboard. Opposite is the heads, the sea toilet and basin are working however work is needed to make it look nice!
The forward cabin is currently full of materials and will be updated once clear to show the layout
1 heads works with a sea toilet, the other still needs work
3 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
This Colvic Sunquest is a project with great potential. The current owner has had her as a base whilst visiting Suffolk for work, with work slowly being completed each visit. Unfortunately since covid, plans have changed and it’s now being placed on the market.
The aft cabin, galley and saloon are mostly completed with minor work needed to finish them off, largely with new carpeting. The boat itself didn’t have the typical mouldy smell like most projects get and the owner has maintained the main living areas so that they are liveable!
This is great value for a 35ft cruiser and the perfect opportunity to acquire a project that could be well completed by the start of the 2023 season.
All materials will be left aboard, current work left will be shown and discussed.
