Broker's Comments
Berthed in a picturesque Cornish location on a tributary of the River Tamar, this tastefully Converted MFV would make a fantastic live aboard.
There is a bright, airy wheelhouse (ideal for reading the Sunday papers or watching the world go by), situated aft of a clean, watertight, easy to move around deck.
Down below, there is a large, open-plan saloon / dinette / galley area with lots of height and light. The galley has a full cooker and good sized work surface area, including an inlaid/carved draining board around the sink. The saloon has a wood-burning stove with a back-boiler that heats the 3 radiators in the separate sleeping cabins.
Up forward, through some attractive shaped doors are two separate cabins each with two bunks / berths, a reading table and a radiator. The separate heads compartment comes complete with a small wooden bath, shower and sink. Hot water is supplied by an immersion heater.
The aft cabin has a double berth, comfortable seating and storage space.
This vessel is being sold as a live aboard. There is no navigation equipment and the small engine is not connected. However, the mooring comes with onshore shower, toilet and laundry facilities, one parking space and a postal mailbox. There is electric power and water supplied to the boat. The cost of the mooring is available upon request.
The nearby village has three pubs, two supermarkets and a friendly community. There is a bus route nearby into the City of Plymouth and the coastal walks around this area are truly hard to beat. If you are looking for a Cornish, characterful live aboard, then this is well worth consideration.
