Broker's Comments
This is a very tidy and very well loved DC 30 and is well presented. She is in an attractive white and light blue and is powered by a well running BMC 1.5 diesel engine.
She has a large forward sliding roof over the saloon which is well appointed and converts to a double cabin. These boats have a nice forward well that aids deck access too. The helm to port is comfortable and offers a great view of the river. Moving aft the galley is to port and offers a good space for all cooking tasks.
The good sized heads and shower is to starboard in this midships area opposite the galley. Aft is a nice size triple cabin, or when converted to a day cabin offers a sociable dinette that also makes a double berth and a single sofa/berth. She has warm air heating throughout.
She has a her Broads toll paid to March 2023 and has a a current Boat safety certificate. To my view the galley sink would benefit from a polish to make it shiny but other than that she appears to be presented in good order
