Broker's Comments
This four berth very clean and well presented 1989 Falcon 27’ benefits from an extensive refit over the last few years including new cabin and cockpit upholstery and trimming etc.
The engine room was upgraded in 2012/13 with 3x new batteries, all new battery cables and fittings, a new automatic fire system and all wiring checked/upgraded as required. A new RCD unit and 240v mains socket was also fitted.
The engines and legs were fully serviced in November 2013 ready for the 2014 season.
The reliable twin Volvo petrol engines run smoothly and economically at Broads speeds using just
one gallon per hour for each engine.
Cleaned, polished and ready for the 2014 season in all respects.
