Broker's Comments
Designed with safe family cruising in mind, this characterful yacht has a lot going for it. A smaller sister to the Nantucket Clipper, she can happily deal with serious sea going passages as well as handling the shallow waters of rivers and estuaries.
For a boat of her overall length she seems to have plenty of room. The large cockpit, with all round high combings, feels family safe whilst the wide coachroof provides not only a good working platform on deck but also improves headroom / space down below in the accommodation.
The accommodation is well laid out with a separate heads compartment, a tidy little galley aft of the saloon, berths for 2 in the fwd cabin and up to 4 more in the saloon. Kids should love the fold up bunks.
With the added advantage of a 2010, 16hp Beta (get you home) engine with only 74 recorded hours, this pocket family cruiser offers good value for money for first time sailors or seasoned veterans.
