Needing a fair bit of work to get her shipshape, this narrowboat comes with a prized residential mooring in South Dock Marina. She needs some weatherproofing work above decks and an interior fit-out; there is a heads compartment but with no fittings.

By spending anything between £5-15,000, you could have a very comfortable liveaboard in a great central London location.

This is a great central London (Zone 2) home for a single or couple. The mooring is fully residential in a secure, gated marina which is very close to Canary Wharf and the City. This is a popular and convenient location, with tubes, buses, trains and the river bus all close to hand, as well as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. The marina supports a vibrant and friendly live-aboard community.
