Broker's Comments

Renowned for their build quality and pleasing manners at sea, these Martin Sadler designed classic bilge keelers are always in high demand.

There was a pleasing look and feel to this boat the moment I climbed aboard. Every aspect that has needed to be upgraded over the years has been attended to both inside and out. Not only have the "big ticket" items been replaced; engine, sails etc but many other smaller items too that give her the impression of a newer boat.

She is particularly cosy down below where the fitting of additional wooden cupboards, wood panelling and re-upholstered cushions create a warm and inviting interior.

All in all she is in great shape and one of the best examples of a Sadler 26 I have been on for some time. If you are in the market for an excellent coastal hopper then this boat is worth considering seriously.

An inflatable dingy along with a virtually new 2.3 HP Honda Outboard is also available, subject to negotiation.
