Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
This vessel would make an ideal live aboard. She is currently on a sought after residential mooring which could be rented by the next owner subject to marina approval. The vessel is ideally located near Rochester which is within walking distance as is the railway station for commuters. The accommodation is spacious. It would benefit from some upgrading and new cushions are needed for the main saloon and forward cabin. A very cheap starter home for those who would enjoy life on the water.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
