Westerly yachts are renowned for their built quality and interior finish, the Konsort being no exception.
Built throughout the 70's, these 28 footers feel far bigger than they actually are, at least when enjoying the roomy accommodation at anchor or in the marina. When it comes to sailing, handling is light and responsive and the cockpit offers a superbly safe and sheltered place to be while offshore. The boat also handles well under power-reverse being as predictable as ahead, making marina and port operations a relaxed experience.
This model benefits from a long list of recent upgrades, some majors include, full heading replacement- no Westerly droop here! running and standing rigging fully replaced in 2019/20, new sail covers and dodger, new batteries, replaced 2020, new heads...the list continues.
