Broker's Comments
Boatshed Plymouth are very pleased to offer this Elizabethan 30 for sale.
This is no ordinary boat and must be viewed to see the detail achieved by the current owner. Although the hull was originally commissioned in 1973, there is nothing else left that is original. Everything has been replaced in the past few years with the very best equipment and gear, making this an as new cruiser.
She was originally designed as a competitive racing yacht, but like many other racers from this era, she now makes a very good fast cruising yacht. The current owner has sailed her up to 150 times in a season, making full use of her all round sailing capabilities.
When I first went on board she looked factory new and there is nothing you can fault. The very best equipment has been professionally fitted. Even the TackTicks depth and log and wind displays are wireless to avoid unsightly wires around the companionway, on the gleaming white interior.
I always like to photo a boat to give a true representation. With this Elizabethan 30 there are no aspects of the boat that I can photograph to show that needs work. It is all done.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Please note that some of the Navigation equipment on board is not included in the sale, but is available through separate negotiation.
