Commentaires du Broker
These robust and seaworthy Westerly bilge keelers are equally happy passage making on the open sea as they are pottering up shallow creeks or staying on drying moorings. With plenty of internal space and a good sized cockpit, they make ideal family cruisers.
The current owners have been lucky enough to spend considerable time aboard her over the last 14 years and have sailed extensively around the South West, the Channel Isles, the Scilly Isles and France. She has also been used as their cosy mobile weekend cottage for extended periods in there favourite peaceful locations.
Following a recent survey, the hull was found to show some blistering. The owners discovered this in 2004 and have happily continued to make full use of her without any restriction every year ever since and have regarded the “problem” as cosmetic.
They would be continuing to use the boat for a long time to come had they not decided to purchase a bigger boat as a long term live aboard.
These boat details are subject to contract.
